About Billi
Billi is an award winning, Senior Accredited Psychotherapist serving Marylebone in London WC1 and online.
Seeking therapy can be a complex journey, requiring both commitment and emotional investment. She believes that within a safe and empowering relationship everyone has the capacity to become agents of change. She works with people of all ages, in all stages of transition and at critical turning points. Billi works with all adults inclusively. Her focus is to explore diversity of experience with empathy and without judgement.

Areas of expertise
She helps clients with a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma and loss. She has spent several years working with addiction, especially food addiction, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and eating disorders. She works with dual diagnosis clients both privately and through hospital groups. Her therapeutic approach is multifaceted, anchored in trauma-informed care, and influences the strengths and uniqueness of the individual. Billi also provides psycho-education programmes to hospital groups and other mental health organisations. Billi is qualified in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Clinical Supervision. She works with trainee and qualified therapists.

Approach to Treatment
Billi is committed to providing psychotherapy and counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment using the most up-to-date techniques. She prides herself on working within a client-led dynamic. Through her specialist experience, she works with people who experience low self-esteem and difficulties managing relationships. Integrative psychotherapy makes use of a variety of psychotherapeutic theory, rather than relying on one style. She integrates a variety of modalities from behavioural, humanistic and psychodynamic theories and is therefore able to tailor therapy to each individual.

Special Interest
She has extensive training in addiction and eating disorder and particularly works with Bulimia, binge-eating disorder and over eaters.
In order to maintain the highest possible levels of competence, Billi regularly undertakes personal supervision and continuing professional development (CPD). She can work with most insurance companies, both in private practice or through other organisations.

Billi has been working online around the globe since 2016. She has worked in fourteen different countries. She runs online therapy groups and training groups for this purpose.
