We like to hold ourselves up to certain standards, but our actions do not always match up…. At times, we may gossip yet have a belief that being compassionate to others is of value. We may eat things we know are not good for us whilst striving to have a healthy diet. In psychotherapy, we explore diversity of experience with empathy and without judgement.
We sometimes find ourselves doing things that don’t fit with our beliefs.
